PRIVACY POLICY

Event check-in: your name and email address, and, if you choose, your Instagram handle and phone number. We record which event you checked in to and when, and your raffle entries.

RSVPs, guest list, applications and inquiries: the details you enter in those forms.

Technical data: a cookie that keeps you checked in on your device during an event, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse. We don't store your raw IP address.

To check you in, run the event and its raffle, contact a raffle winner, keep one record per person across our events, and keep the site secure. If you ask us to verify your email, we send a one-time code to it.

We only send you promotional emails if you tick the separate, optional box to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Checking in never creates a public profile. Your contact details are never shown publicly. Creative profiles on our site are only published with the person's consent.

We don't sell your information. We use service providers to run the site and store data (such as our hosting, database and email delivery providers), who process it on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
